Online training is a great way to train with us if you cannot or prefer not to visit our center in person. With the previously mentioned goals (strength training, rehabilitation, or performance), you can benefit from our high-quality training through a fully personalized plan, including detailed videos and exercise explanations, adjusted every 4-6 weeks based on your specific needs.

Methodology

  • Initial in-person assessment (if necessary) to determine objectives, weaknesses, risk factors, and assess the athlete’s or client’s current performance or condition.
  • Evaluation methods: Contact platform, force gauge, linear and rotational encoder, general assessments (FMS).
  • Constant communication with the coach to resolve doubts or unexpected situations, with the option to adjust training based on the client’s logistical situation.
  • Reassessments every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the client’s goals and needs.
