Injury Rehabilitation
Never trained before?
Injury rehabilitation is a fundamental process to return to sport (RTP) and, later, to competition (RTC), minimizing the risk of re-injury or the likelihood of developing a new one.
Through strength training, we aim to make athletes' structures as robust as possible, thereby reducing injury risks.
Methodology
- Accurate assessments and monitoring with appropriate technology (force gauge, linear encoder, rotational encoder, contact platform) to precisely prescribe and optimize training programs.
- Use of a conical pulley to optimize specific movements and eccentric overload training to better prepare tissues for more demanding conditions.
- Specific training programs to improve key qualities for effective rehabilitation.
- Training based on variability to develop coordination alongside strength.
- Optimizing training sessions for a more effective recovery.
