Injury rehabilitation is a fundamental process to return to sport (RTP) and, later, to competition (RTC), minimizing the risk of re-injury or the likelihood of developing a new one.

 

Through strength training, we aim to make athletes' structures as robust as possible, thereby reducing injury risks.

  • Accurate assessments and monitoring with appropriate technology (force gauge, linear encoder, rotational encoder, contact platform) to precisely prescribe and optimize training programs.
  • Use of a conical pulley to optimize specific movements and eccentric overload training to better prepare tissues for more demanding conditions.
  • Specific training programs to improve key qualities for effective rehabilitation.
  • Training based on variability to develop coordination alongside strength.
